Matt Kitt

Matthew is the lead Senior UX/UI Product Designer at WGU Labs, specializing in user-centered design, information architecture, accessibility, and design systems. He brings over a decade of experience collaborating with organizations as a consultant and full-time employee. His work has ranged from creating and managing enterprise-grade design systems, Informational architectural design, building enhanced student and faculty product experiences for online learning and developing innovative sales tools applications and websites. Matthew is particularly passionate about integrating AI functionality and solid UX design principles into product solutions built for everyone. When not designing, Matthew is a devoted husband and father to five children. He enjoys VIBEcoding apps, photography, cooking, theater, and watching his Ohio State Buckeyes.
