Jessica is a Lead Consultant at WGU Labs. As an MBA professional and a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, Jessica has over 14 years of experience in business development and management. Throughout her career, she has worked in various industries, including K-12 commercial, professional, and technical staffing, as well as in start-up and post-secondary education consulting. Prior to Labs, her most recently role was as Interim President and Consultant at a health tech start-up. As a high-performing operations and business development strategist, Jessica is passionate about creating an inclusive culture that inspires others to achieve excellence. As a consultant and perpetual pupil, she is deeply passionate about driving positive change in the world. Jessica believes in the power of knowledge and its potential to transform lives. Through her work, she has seen firsthand the impact that a skills-based education and effective consulting can have on individuals and organizations. She is committed to being a catalyst for change, using her skills and expertise to help businesses and individuals reach their full potential. When not working, Jessica can be found volunteering for Televerde Foundation, at the gym, hiking, or hanging out with her husband, Travis, and daughter, Jenna.
