Christine creates meaningful and accessible learning experiences that align to learner’s needs, including activities used as controls in randomized controlled trials. In her time at Labs, she has led a charge to include ADA online accessibility in the design process, not only products at Labs but also for WGU. She was essential to the Labs efforts on the Equity Project for WGU (funded by the Gates Foundation) helping develop the two phases of discovery and planning for future improvements. As a seasoned member of Labs, she draws upon her broad work experience in a variety of roles, including information designer, technical, UX designer, software GUI designer, software trainer, HR business partner, and organizational development specialist. Her experience spans a variety of industries, including biomedical, software, higher education institutions, and banking. Christine earned her Master's in Information Design from the Department of Typography & Graphic Communication at the University of Reading in England. Her creative writing is included in multiple anthologies published by the Oxford Writing Circle. When not writing and designing, Christine spends her time on photography, archery, camping, painting, and Irish drumming.
