Holly manages the strategy, development, analysis, and optimization of marketing content at WGU Labs. Drawing on her diverse work experience, she translates academic research into clear and compelling narratives for key audiences across marketing channels. Throughout her 12-year career, Holly has worked across a range of industries for agencies, nonprofits, and in-house teams. Her work has appeared in The Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review, Business Insider, Fast Company, Inc., Forbes, and several trade magazines. Holly earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. In her free time, you’ll usually find Holly with her nose in a book, attending a live show, biking Milwaukee’s Oak Leaf Trail, or listening to public radio on her vintage Panasonic.
