Tadd Farmer

Tadd Farmer is a learning experience designer at WGU Labs where he works to create learning solutions that expand educational access, improve existing teaching and learning practices, and empower individuals to reach their potential. Before coming to WGU Labs, Tadd was a middle school history geography teacher and an instructional designer for a design firm primarily serving sales and marketing companies. Tadd received his MS at Brigham Young University in instructional psychology and his PhD at Purdue University in Learning Design and Technology where he studied innovative online teaching pedagogies and learning design practices. When he’s not working, he enjoys camping, hiking, and adventuring with his wife and three kids.
